How to Stop Snoring Naturally - Snoring Solution - Health Vision

How does it function

Snore Stopper™ is a revolutionary device designed to reduce snoring through a patent nerve stimulation process. It features a specially designed biosensor with logic-control IC. When Snore Stopper™ detects snoring, a gentle, 4-second electrical pulse will be sent automatically to stimulate nerves on the snorer's skin. Then the brains senses this nerve stimulation, and remind or train the snorer him/herself to change the sleeping posture, thereby reducing snoring.

Snore Stopper™ features these advantages with absolutely no side effects!

  • Smooth pulse without disturbing normal sleep
  • Automatically detects snores
  • Not affected if any buttons pressed while sleeping
  • Automatic power-off after 12 hours of activation
  • Fashionable watch-shaped design

FAQ for Snore Stopper

Please read through this FAQ section had you any questions regarding using Snore Stopper™. If your don't find an answer to your question here, please feel free to contact us.

Q1) My Snore Stopper™ doesn't seem to be function. What could be the problems?

A1) It could be any of the following conditions. Please read through and check your Snore Stopper™ again.

  • Snore Stopper™'s power HAVE NOT been switched on, and the LED indicator is not flashing. Please turn the power on.
  • The background is very noisy (especially at daytime) when you press the test button.
  • In the testing procedure, you HAVE NOT pressed the test button at least 4~5 times repeatedly.
  • The electrode gel pads HAVE NOT been stuck onto the back of Snore Stopper™.
  • The large, green plastic film HAVE NOT been removed when you put on the device.
  • You have adjusted the intensity to a very low level

Q2) Does Snore Stopper™ really reduce my snoring ?

A2) Snoring is caused by a narrow airway. Firstly, when we sleep, our nerves are in a relaxed state. When the air moves into the narrow airway during breathing, it causes the soft tissues of throat (tonsils, soft palate & uvula) to vibrate, snoring is the sound of such vibration. Generally, snoring can be reduced if the snorers change their sleeping positions or are given a mild nerve stimulation.

Snore Stopper™ is developed based on this concept. When the snores are detected, the device will output a 4 seconds' pulse onto the superficial skin, making a snorer do one of the following things to reduce snoring:
i.) changing the sleeping position due to nerve stimulation.
ii.) Changing the position of lower jaw.
iii.) Increase the muscle tones of the throat muscles.

Q3) What is dB ? How do I know whether Snore Stopper™ can be used in my home ?

A3) dB (decibel) is an index of measuring the intensity of sound. If you are in an environment that has a sound intensity that's above 70 dB continuously, the environment is seen as a noisy background. Normally we don't live in a noisy environment. The design of Snore Stopper™ aims on the source of indoor background noise, you may read the following table to see which is the optimal sleeping condition for use.
Indoor background noise

  • Short dialogue and other noises above 65 dB
  • Snores of above 65 dB
  • Above 65 dB (within 50 cm from TV)
  • Stop output
  • Stop output
  • 60 dB (within 1 m from TV)
  • Seldom output
  • Output
  • 55 dB (within 1m from air-conditioner)
  • Seldom output
  • Output
  • Below 50 dB
  • Not output
  • Output

Remarks : Under normal circumstances, a home's indoor background noise will be 30~45 dB.

Q4) Under what circumstances that Snore Stopper™ is not advised to use?

A4) SNORE STOPPER is not advised to use in indoor environment that has a background noise of 55 dB or above. For example, residence locating next to a road with heavy traffic, highway, nighttime factory, machinery, or very closely to an air-conditioner. The logic is that since the background noise is louder than the snores, there's no need to use Snore Stopper™. However, due to the excellent noise-screening feature of Snore Stopper™, its biosensor function will not be affected when used within a reasonable distance from a television, or when there's talking at the regular volume in the background,

Q5) The power of my Snore Stopper™ is on, yet why does the device not work when I press the test button 3 times repeatedly ?

A5 ) If the background noise is above 55 dB continuously (e.g. a noisy place, restaurant, public area, etc.), the device's safety protection function will be activated. At this point, any loud voice or pressing the test button will not trigger the electrical pulse. When you are away from the noisy background, the device will return to its ready state.

Q6) Why do I feel the intensity is so low in the testing procedures ?

A5) This may be caused by two reasons, i.) the difference in gender, age, body size, and skin impedance will cause the variations in feeling. In fact, the intensity of the output pulse lies within the safe range, so generally a user should feel it. Low-intensity feeling may be caused when a user is distracted when using it. Ii) the skin's nerves are more sensitive during the night. Since the device is designed to be used at night, it's normal to feel a lower intensity when tested at daytime.

Q7 Why doesn't my Snore Stopper™ work under a normal operation ?

A7) First please make sure the power is switched on. Then check whether you have adjusted the intensity level too low, if so, please adjust to a higher level gradually. If you still can't feel it working after adjusting to the highest level, please take off Snore Stopper™ and check the self-adhesive electrodes pads. As if the electrode pads are stuck to the skin too tight, a short-circuit will occur.

Q8) Why doesn't Snore Stopper™ work when I 'simulate' the snores in a quiet background?

A8) Since Snore Stopper™'s special biosensor is designed according to the biophysical properties of snoring, it will only output if you 'simulate' in such a way : 3 consecutive snores with the same frequency and dB above 65 dB. Following this direction and try again!

Experts Opinions on Snore Stopper

Snore Stopper is a "working" innovation that actually reduces snoring and bring positive changes to the lives of snorers and their families. We dare to guarantee the effect because Snore Stopper has been proved clinically working by certified medical physicians in Taiwan.

Snoring has probably plagued you for countless years. With that in mind, do not view Snore Stopper™ as a miracle drug that will end all snores the first night! Snore Stopper is designed to naturally coach your body to gradually decrease your snoring.
We therefore ask that you use the Snore Stopper™ on a daily basis according to instructions. As your body adjusts, you will begin to see significant results after 1-2 weeks. You will soon wake to each day feeling energized and refreshed!

Step by Step
Before Use The Snore Stopper comes with a battery already inside. Just remember to remove the white insulation strip.
Applying the Electrode Pads – Step 1 Applying the Electrode Pads – Step 2 Applying the Electrode Pads – Step 2
1. Wipe the black conductive rubber pads with the included alcohol-moistened cloth, to remove dust or dirt.
* Ensure rubber pads are completely dry before applying electrode pads.
2. Remove the electrode pads from its packing.
Peel off the printed sides.
Applying the Electrode Pads – Step 3 Applying the Electrode Pads – Step 4 Applying the Electrode Pads – Step 5
3. Line the electrode pads up with the black rubber pads of the Snore Stopper and stick on. 4. Press down on the pads in a circular motion to ensure proper adhesion. Wait a couple minutes. 5. Slowly peel back the plastic film. Don't throw it away; you'll be sticking it back on the pads between uses, for protection.
Adjust Snore Stopper Watch - Step 1 Adjust Snore Stopper Watch - Step 2 Adjust Snore Stopper Watch - Step 3
1. Place the Snore Stopper on your wrist like a watch, with the top 1 inch below the wrist. 2. Attach the belt hook onto the main device. Make sure it "clicks" into place. 3. Tighten the wristband as needed. Not so tight as to restrict circulation, but just so the Snore Stopper stays in place.
Adjust Snore Stopper Watch - Step 4 Adjust Snore Stopper Watch - Step 5 Adjust Snore Stopper Watch - Step 6
4. This is what it should look like when worn correctly. The Snore Stopper can be worn on either arm.

5. Turn the Snore Stopper on by turning the black dial to the right, to level 1. The LED light should flash green. A red light means that the electrode pads don't have proper contact with your skin, and you should reposition the Snore Stopper and/or wrist belt.
* If you notice the LED light flashing red really quickly, it's time to change the battery!
6. Press the "Test" button three times. Snore Stopper will release a weak 5-second impulse, and you can adjust the intensity (1-7) to a comfortable level.
*Ensure background noise is less than 55dB.
*Note: Everyone has different skin sensitivity, so you may not feel the impulse at first. Adjust to a higher intensity, press the "Test" button 3 times again, and readjust.
The Snore Stopper will power-off automatically after 8 hrs; otherwise you can turn the power off manually when you wake up. Place the plastic sheet back onto the electrode pads between uses, to prevent them from drying out or getting dirty. If taken care of, the pads should last about a month.   Unscrew the battery cover with the included screwdriver.
Place battery in and screw the cover back on.
