Shipping and Handling charges: Shipping and handling fee is calculated automatically before checkout. The shipping and handling fee that we charge contain many added features, including the following exceptional services:
Shipping: All orders are shipped using Australia Post priority mail, unless requested otherwise by customer. Packages are shipped within 1-2 business days after orders have been made and payment is cleared. We guarantee prompt and fast delivery!
Insurance: Deliveries are NOT insured against loss, theft and damage. Customer will need to insure the delivery if they wish so.
Handling: These services include storing, transferring and preparing the product for shipment. Most products are shipped directly from our warehouse
We warranty our products free from defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. Warranty does not cover the accessories.
Health Vision product warranty doesn’t cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, accident, normal wear &tear, commercial use, neglect or the attachment of any unauthorized accessory, alteration to the product, or any other conditions whatsoever that are beyond the control of Health Vision.
This warranty is effective only if purchased from Health Vision or their authorized dealers.
Obtaining warranty service is easy. Please send the registration card back to us via mail within 30 days of the purchase.
If you are having operation issue with your device, please contact Health Vision 1300 855 733 to speak with a friendly sales associate who will walk you through some trouble shooting steps.
Products purchased at our company are exchangeable if it is faulty but not refundable.

Please include the following items with your return:
-defective unit and wire connector only (we do not need the box, pads etc.unless requested by customer service)
-copy of your receipt showing the date, vendor, and amount paid or order ID #.
-a brief note describing the reason for return.
-return shipping address and phone number
-a check for $19.95 to cover the service fee, handling and return shipping.
