We guarantee our products are free from defects in the materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. Warranty does not cover the accessories.
Health Vision product warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, normal wear & tear, commercial use, neglect or the attachment of any unauthorized accessory, alteration to the product, or any other conditions whatsoever that are beyond the control of Health Vision.
This warranty is effective only if purchased from Health Vision or their authorized dealers. Obtaining warranty service is easy. Please register your product on website- www.healthvision.com.au within 30 days of purchase.

If it is determined by us that warranty service is necessary, you can send the defective device to Health Vision’s warranty department at the address below:

Please include the following items with your return:
- Defective unit and wire connector only (we do not need the box, pads etc. unless requested by customer service)
- Copy of your receipt showing the date, vendor, and amount paid order ID #.
- A brief note describing the reason for return.
- Return shipping address and phone number.
- A cheque for $19.00 to cover handling and return shipping.
